Jewel
Bonjour! My name is Jewel and I am currently a sophomore at Cal State Fullerton as well as a Staff Assistant Trainee at the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE). I am 18 years old. I love practically everything French; if you tell me it’s French, I will love it. I enjoy reading, watching TV (mostly just Netflix), listening to music all the day long, and when I get bored of all that, I like to play piano (I took eight years of lessons, but I'm not very good). However, the one thing I can’t live without, not even for just a day, is singing. I only took ten months of lessons, but I have always preferred singing to piano. If someone told me I couldn't sing for one day, I would probably burst out singing at the top of my lungs sometime in the middle of the day. In fact, some days I wake up singing; I’m not joking. As for my type of music, as long as I can sing along and the music itself doesn't hurt my ears, I love it. So, no, I really don’t like rap, no offense, but I just can’t sing along. I do love anything from Michael BublĂ© and Sinatra to Katy Perry and Demi Lovato, and everything in between. I tend to listen to Jazz whenever I have work to do because it’s less distracting than everything else. When I want to just have fun, I listen to songs I can dance to, like One Direction (yes, I like their songs; no, I’m not a Directioner), Demi Lovato, Taylor Swift (her new album is the most “danceable” one), Katy Perry. In fact, I love listening to covers of the newest hit songs by YouTube artists like Sam Tsui, Kurt Schneider, Max Schneider (no, they are not brothers), Christina Grimmie, Boyce Avenue, Mike Tompkins, and many more.
Genre: Covers (cover artists)
5 favorite bands/musicians: Sam Tsui, Maroon 5, Taylor Swift, Michael Bublé, Adele

Lia
Hey, the name’s Lia and I’m an 18 year old currently studying Business at CSUF. Music has been a big thing for me ever since I was really young (especially singing!), so I’m super excited to be part of this little blog with my friends. A few things you should know about me is that I’m a pretty laid-back, spontaneous, passionate nerd who loves to read, watch TV and movies (especially with my favorite actors!) and, of course, listen to music. I’m also in a few big fandoms (Doctor Who, Sherlock, Supernatural) so if anyone wants to chat (fangirl) about that let me know. I’m also completely obsessed with the British and dream of moving to London someday. My love for the British really influences my music taste because a lot of my favorite bands are British. I mainly listen to popular alternative songs, like the top 20 alternative songs, but if I really like a band, I’ll go out of my way to find their music. I’m open to discussing/sharing thoughts about music, life and whatever, so come read about some of my favorite alternative songs and I hope to hear from all of you!
Genre: Alternative Rock
5 favorite bands/musicians: Muse, Panic! at the Disco, Fall Out Boy, Arctic Monkeys, Alt-J

Kimberly
Hi JUKEBOXERS! I’m Kimberly and I’m a 19 year old college student at Cal State Fullerton. I like movies, music, Disney, Pixar, Dreamworks, etc. My genre for our blog JUKEBOX is "Children's Music." I review songs that'll bring out your inner child and will make you reminisce about those nap times that we all took for granted ;). In my reviews, you'll also see songs that are in children's movies and television today. If you like reading about some history behind popular children's songs and for some reason want to hear my opinion on those songs, please go check out my reviews. Also, I occasionally do covers of songs, so please check those out too!
